Structured Cabling

Cabling installed to a standard, not just to a point.

Service overview

Structured Cabling explained

Structured cabling is the part of a technology installation that is hardest to change later. Done properly, it disappears into the building and quietly supports every system for a decade or more. Done badly, it becomes the fault that nobody can trace. We install data cabling for new builds, renovations and retrofits across Gauteng.

Our cabling work covers containment, cable routing, outlet installation, patch panels, cabinet dressing, labelling and certification. We coordinate with builders, electricians and other trades so the cabling is in place at the right stage of the project rather than chased in afterwards.

PROCESS
Our process

Four stages, no surprises

The same sequence on every project, whether it is a single camera or a full commercial cabling installation.

01

Consultation & requirements assessment

We discuss what you need the property to do, what is failing today and what budget you have in mind. You receive a clear scope rather than a vague estimate.

02

Site inspection & technical planning

We inspect the property, confirm cable routes, equipment positions and power availability, then document the design and quote.

03

Professional installation & configuration

Installation is carried out to the agreed plan with tidy routing and minimal disruption. Systems are configured, not just connected.

04

Testing, commissioning & handover

Everything is tested, labelled and demonstrated. You receive documentation and a walkthrough of how to use what was installed.

Structured Cabling questions

If your question is not answered here, call or WhatsApp us — we answer technical questions before you commit to anything.

Both support gigabit networking, but Cat6A is specified for higher bandwidth and longer backbone runs. We recommend the right grade based on run lengths and your expected device load.
