Terms & conditions
The basis on which we quote, install and support technology systems.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared from the information available at the time and the scope agreed with you. Where a site inspection reveals conditions that materially change the scope — such as inaccessible cable routes, concealed services or additional electrical work — we will discuss the variation with you before proceeding.
Scope of work
Each quotation states what is included: equipment, labour, cabling, containment, configuration and testing. Work not listed is excluded. Where a Certificate of Compliance or similar certification is required, this is stated in the quotation and issued by an appropriately registered party.
Site access and preparation
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property, areas where equipment will be installed and, where relevant, permission from a body corporate or estate. Planned interruptions to power or services will be agreed in advance.
Equipment and warranties
Supplied equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship on installations carried out by Skies Solutions Innovation Group is guaranteed for the period stated in the quotation. Consumables, accidental damage, lightning damage, power surges and work altered by third parties are excluded.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quotation and invoice. Materials may require a deposit before ordering. Unless agreed otherwise, completed work is payable on handover.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing support is available by arrangement. Where a system has been installed by another contractor, support is provided on the basis of the condition found at assessment and will be quoted accordingly.
Website content and imagery
Some images on this website are representative demonstrations of installation types rather than photographs of specific client projects. Where demonstration imagery is used it is labelled as such.
